To open a ticket you can go to our discord, there you can find a category with channel described as #open-ticket. Or you can click here to access it directly!

To find players from the same region as you, just enter our Discord and search for the category with the name of your region, but we do not guarantee that they are verified players.

To make sure you are really finding players from your region and with a valid LoL account, we recommend checking our Discord, after which you can use the /search_player command.

Although we cannot punish the player within League of Legends, we can punish him on our Discord server, preventing other teams from being harmed. To do this, open a ticket in the #open-ticket channel with the reason "Report member/player"

Depending on the situation of your ban you may not be unbanned again, but anyway to try to get your ban appeal you can send an email with the subject "Ban appeal @discordname" to email:

We are currently testing a system of tournaments, both paid and free. So yes, you will be able to receive some reward but not through Clash but by participating in our tournaments.

No.We do not use any external program for you to use our service, you just need to join our Discord server and optionally link your League of Legends account, which does not compromise your account or gameplay in any way.
